Christmas hours and support

We just wanted to let you know when we will and won’t be open over the festive period – it doesn’t seem that long since I sent the update out for 2019!

One difference this year, is that we will have support through the whole of the Christmas break to ensure there’s support when you need it.  Projects will not be impacted.

Project calls and updates

We will have our final project calls on December 21st and they will resume on January 4th.

If you would like to reschedule a call that has been affected by this, please let me know and we will try our best to accommodate this.

Project updates will be less frequent, but will be sent out if they are deemed critical.

Support queries and tickets

Support will still be available via [email protected] if there is a critical issue.  The team will reply as soon as they can.

Should your site not be responsive, our automated checks should pick this up.   Please also send a text over to +447970545756 once you have opened a ticket.

More importantly, a thank you!

We’d like to thank our customers, partners and support network for their support this year.

You don’t need me to remind you what a challenging year we have all had but as a collective we’ve pulled together to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

It feels way too early to start wishing you a Merry Christmas – but if I don’t speak to you before – have a wonderful time however you are celebrating.
